Products with a fault
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to request a refund, repair, replacement or compensation for any drop in the value of the product if there is a major failure in that product.
A product will have a major failure if it is:
- faulty or unsafe;
- significantly different from the sample or its description; or
- substantially unfit for the purpose for which the product was sold (or purchased if you indicated such a purpose to us at the time of sale).
Change of mind
The return of goods for a change of mind will attract a 25% restocking fee for our stocked lines and we will not accept the return for special order in items. All products need to be in their original packaging or in the same condition that you received them in. You will be responsible for the freight and other charges to return the items back to our distribution centre.
A credit or refund will be processed once our distribution centre has received and checked the goods.
All returns must be claimed within 14 days, from your order being delivered.
