Our team of specialists across sales, customer care, warehouse, and design brings a B2B-first approach built around a genuine understanding of how hospitality businesses operate — with team members visiting venues directly across Queensland and nationally.

Our customers span the full breadth of the industry: restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, clubs, hotels, aged care facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, schools, school canteens, mining camps, stadiums, food trucks, catering companies, function centres, and franchise groups across Australia. Design Studio

The on-site design studio located within our showroom is staffed by tabletop specialists advising on crockery, cutlery, glassware, buffet ware, healthcare products, and packaging from hundreds of leading brands. The team provides assistance with venue fit-out planning, aesthetic decisions, and price point matching. Custom personalised glassware, crockery, and packaging are also available to order.

Demonstration Kitchen, Café & Bar

The 95m² demonstration kitchen runs live cooking demonstrations daily — covering commercial coffee machines, fryers, combi ovens, speed ovens, benchtop equipment, dishwashers, refrigeration, ice machines, and more. The space accommodates large groups so buyers can evaluate equipment in a fully functioning kitchen before purchasing. Adjacent to the kitchen is a fully operational café and bar area with beer taps, ice machines, glass washers, and custom stainless steel tapware — open to customers while browsing or during design studio consultations.

Our Story

Founded in 1947 as Cafe & Hotel Supplies Pty Ltd, Hospitality Superstore has spent 79 years serving Australia’s hospitality industry. Over the decades, the business operated from Newmarket, Windsor, Bowen Hills, Brunswick Street, and Eagle Farm before consolidating in 2023–2024 into a single purpose-built home at Hamilton — showroom, warehouse, demonstration kitchen, design studio, café, and bar all under one roof.

Today it remains a second-generation, 100% Australian-owned family business. Alongside equipment and supplies, the team delivers a complete commercial kitchen design and fit-out service across Australia, including free consultation, 3D Revit design, council applications, project management, installation, commissioning, and training.

Warehouse & Distribution Centre

Directly adjoining the showroom, our purpose-built distribution centre gives Hospitality Superstore a scale that sets us apart from every other Australian supplier. With 4,500m² of warehouse infrastructure, we hold over 22,000 products in stock at all times — plus dedicated space to consolidate bulk orders of packaging, consumables, and cleaning supplies for scheduled delivery across Australia and the Asia Pacific.

For multi-site operators and franchise groups, the warehouse is set up to stage complete equipment fit-outs on stands, pre-assemble equipment, and hold stock in preparation for rolling out new venues. One central location means no split shipments, no multiple suppliers, no logistics headaches — consolidated delivery coordinated around your project timeline.

Our dedicated warehouse team carefully picks, packs, and arranges delivery Australia-wide five days a week. Handling hundreds of orders daily, with multiple trucks on the road providing daily deliveries to metro areas — and our Brisbane-based customer service team available Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm.
