How long does it take for my order to be ready for collection?
Please allow 4 business hours for your order to be processed and picked. When your order is picked, you'll receive a text message to confirm it's ready to collect, along with an email confirmation.
If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be available for collection the following business day. Please proceed to the front counter at 714 Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton to collect your order.
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
When collecting your order you must present a copy of the order confirmation and suitable photo identification, such as a passport or driver's licence.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. During checkout you will be asked to nominate the person collecting your order. You can collect your order yourself or nominate someone else to collect it on your behalf.
The person collecting your order will need to present a copy of the order confirmation as proof of purchase and valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's licence.
How long are orders kept for collection?
Your order will be available for collection for 14 days. After this time, we will cancel the order and refund it to the original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to show in your account. Our customer service team will confirm when a refund has been processed.
Where do I collect from?
Click & Collect is available from our showroom and distribution centre at 714 Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton QLD 4007. Come to the front counter and one of our friendly staff will attend to your order. There are 2 Click & Collect car park bays right outside the showroom doors.
Click & Collect hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please check our website for availability of individual items. Times may vary for large commercial equipment. Please contact our staff for more details on 1300 721 694.
What if an item in my Click & Collect order is out of stock?
If you have chosen an item marked Special order In, our customer service team will contact you with the approximate ETA of your items.
Will someone help me load the items into my car?
One of our staff can help you load your Click & Collect items into your car. Please bring suitable transport to collect your goods. For larger items such as benchtop equipment, please speak to our team about dimensions and carton size.
