Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping
We offer a standard shipping fee of $18.00 ex gst and 3% of the total order value ex GST on all orders under $300 ex GST within metro areas. This excludes benchtop equipment, heavy equipment and furniture which are subject to various shipping charges depending on the location of delivery, weight and cubic size of the product. Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries to regional or remote locations and products shipped directly from the supplier.
Alternatively, if you are categorised as a remote location, freight will need to be quoted by a team member.
If you have an approved trading account and have placed an order over $300 ex gst you will be eligible for free shipping.
handling fee for non-stocked items
For all orders containing a # at the end of the code (excluding large equipment), a $5.95 ex GST handling fee will apply. These products are marked with a green box at the bottom of the SKU (dispatched from the supplier). Non-stocked items may experience extended delivery times, as they are shipped directly from the supplier, with delivery times varying based on the supplier.
Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries to regional or remote locations and products shipped directly from the supplier.
Alternatively, if you are categorised as a remote location, freight will need to be quoted by a team member.
If you have purchased a non-stocked line with an in-stock item the non-stock line will create a delay in your overall shipment time.
shipping charges on bulky/ oversized items
There will be a $40 ex gst shipping charge on all large or bulky items. This includes items such as; trolleys & carts, large equipment, benchtop equipment, Bins, nally tubs, ingredients bins etc. Alternatively if you are categories as a remote location, freight will need to be quoted by a team member.
We will provide a quote for the freight of heavy equipment and furniture when you provide us the location of delivery. We will calculate the weight and cubic size of the order. Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries shipped directly from the supplier. All deliveries are made to the curbside unless other arrangements are made. The purchaser accepts that it is their responsibility to have equipment and people to unload and position the goods on site at their expense. We do offer installation if required at an additional charge.
shipping charges on dangerous goods and on external carriers
If you items is deemed as dangerous goods (class dangerous goods ) an additional $60 ex gst charge will apply per order as these items require specific freight requirements with external carriers as standard in Australia wide.
Delivery Information
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia. Delivery to southeast QLD locations will be within 2 – 3 business days of order placement if goods are held in stock at our Brisbane distribution centre. Delivery timeframes to other areas will be confirmed with your order confirmation. Typically, delivery times are 3 – 5 business days for regional locations and 3 – 10 business days for remote locations. Deliveries by our fleet or external carriers will be between 8am and 4pm and a signature is required unless written authority to leave is given. Deliveries outside of these times will attract extra charges.
Click And Collect
Click and collect is available for products that are in stock at our distribution centre or showroom at the time of order. Select Click & Collect when you place your order online and collect at a time that suits you. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection and can collect in stock items from a location with stock available within 4 business hours. Transfers between warehouse and store locations will be available for collection on the next business day.
If you are picking up your item from our warehouse please confirm actual box dimensions with our customer service team before arrival, and ensure you have an adequate vehicle to safely collect and transport. Warehouse staff reserve the right to refuse any vehicle that is not fit to safely transport such items. All refrigeration equipment must also be transported in an upright position.
Offshore and Remote Deliveries
Remote or offshore deliveries that need to be specially packaged or crated may incur additional packaging charges. We can arrange for delivery to your freight forwarding provider.
Please note that areas such as Western Australia are considered as remote therefore fee’s may apply.
