Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping
Free freight is available on all eligible orders over $400.00 (ex GST) delivered to metro areas within Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. No account or login required. Orders under $400.00 (ex GST) are charged a flat rate of $24.95 for metro delivery and $34.95 for regional delivery. Orders of $400.00 and over qualify for free metro delivery and a flat $14.95 regional freight rate.
Metro areas include Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne metropolitan zones. Brisbane includes the Gold Coast and Tweed to the south, up to Caboolture in the north, and west to Ipswich. Regional deliveries include all other areas within QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS, and ACT. Remote, offshore, and Western Australia locations may attract additional charges — contact us for a freight quote before ordering.
handling fee for non-stocked items
Products marked with a # at the end of the SKU are special order (non-stocked) items that may be shipped directly from the supplier. Delivery timeframes vary by supplier and additional freight charges may apply.
shipping charges on bulky/ oversized items
A $20.00 (ex GST) bulky item surcharge applies per order for large or oversize non-equipment items including trolleys, carts, Nally tubs, large ingredient bins, and large food storage containers. This surcharge is applied in addition to the standard freight rate, including on orders that qualify for free freight.
shipping charges on dangerous goods and on external carriers
If your items are deemed as dangerous goods (class dangerous goods ) a $60.00 (ex GST) dangerous goods handling fee applies per order. These items require specific freight handling through certified external carriers in accordance with Australian regulations.
Delivery Information
Standard Shipping
If you are purchasing an “in stock” item and are located in Brisbane Metro areas the estimated delivery will be 1–3 business days. These are estimates only and Hospitality Superstore is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. Sydney and Melbourne Metro orders are estimated at 2–3 business days. Regional QLD, NSW, and VIC deliveries are estimated at 2–5 business days. Deliveries to SA, WA, TAS, and ACT are estimated at 3–7 business days. For remote areas, please contact us for a delivery estimate.
If you purchase and item that is marked “Special order In” then this item is not a stocked line and will require an additional 5 – 10 working days for the item to arrive to our warehouse before dispatching. Subject to availability.
Click And Collect
If you are arranging transport from our warehouse, please confirm actual box dimensions with our customer service team before arrival to ensure you have an adequate vehicle to safely collect and transport. Warehouse staff reserve the right to refuse any vehicle that is not fit to safely transport such items. All refrigeration equipment must also be transported in an upright position.
Offshore and Remote Deliveries
Deliveries to remote locations, offshore destinations, or areas requiring special packaging or crating will be quoted separately. If there are restrictions with couriers due to location, we can arrange delivery to your nominated freight forwarding provider. While we can recommend trusted logistics carriers for your convenience, all arrangements and logistics once the goods leave our facility are the responsibility of the customer.
