There's plenty of off-street parking on site, plus 2 dedicated Click & Collect bays right outside the showroom doors.
Australia's largest hospitality showroom and demo kitchen
See, touch and try before you buy. Our 95m² demonstration kitchen runs live cooking demonstrations on combi ovens, speed ovens, fryers, coffee machines, dishwashers, refrigeration, ice machines and more. Next to it is a fully operational cafe and bar.
Design studio and food service design
Our on-site design studio is staffed by tabletop specialists advising on crockery, cutlery, glassware, buffet ware and packaging from hundreds of brands, plus custom personalised glassware, crockery and packaging.
Our food service design team handles complete commercial kitchens across Australia: free consultation, 3D Revit design, council applications, project management, installation, commissioning and training.
Warehouse attached to the showroom
Our 4,500m² distribution centre is built right onto the showroom. That means we hold more stock on site, dispatch faster and can consolidate bulk orders of packaging, consumables and cleaning supplies into one delivery. For multi-site groups, we stage complete fit-outs and hold stock ready for new venues.

Our story
Founded in 1947 as Cafe & Hotel Supplies Pty Ltd, Hospitality Superstore has spent 79 years serving Australia's hospitality industry. Over the decades the business operated from Newmarket, Windsor, Bowen Hills, Brunswick Street and Eagle Farm, before moving in 2023 to 2024 into a single purpose-built home at Hamilton: showroom, warehouse, demonstration kitchen, design studio, cafe and bar under one roof.
Today we're still Australian family owned and operated, supplying restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, clubs, hotels, aged care, hospitals, schools, mining camps, stadiums, caterers and franchise groups, and we're open to the public with no ABN required.
