Accommodation & Apartments

Hotels, motels and apartments, front to back of house.

From the hotel restaurant, commercial kitchen and breakfast buffet to housekeeping, linen and apartment packs, we supply accommodation venues across Australia with everything they need to run.

01 · Buffet & breakfast

A breakfast buffet guests remember.

Breakfast is often the first thing guests judge a stay on. A well set buffet looks generous, keeps food at the right temperature and is easy for staff to refill and keep tidy.

  • Displays and risers in timber, slate, acrylic and stainless
  • Cereal and juice dispensers that keep the line moving
  • Chafers and food warmers for hot breakfast items
  • Platters, bowls and serveware to match your look

Come and see our buffet displays set up in the Hamilton showroom.

03 · Hotel kitchens

One kitchen, every service.

A hotel kitchen rarely does just one job. The same team might run breakfast, room service, lunch, dinner and functions, while a café and bar trade alongside. The equipment has to keep up with all of it.

  • Breakfast service. Conveyor toasters, griddles and holding cabinets that keep the buffet topped up through the rush.
  • Room service. Combi ovens and heated holding so meals go up hot, whatever the hour.
  • Dinner service. Cooking lines, combi ovens, salamanders, induction and bain maries for the restaurant pass.
  • Café. Espresso machines, display fridges and benchtop equipment for the lobby café.
  • Bar. Glasswashers, back bar fridges and ice machines.

05 · Janitorial

Clean rooms, front and back of house.

Accommodation cleaning comes in two parts: what your guests use in the room, and what your housekeeping team uses to turn the room around.

Behind the scenes

09 · Poolside & polycarbonate

All the look of glass. None of the breakage.

Lots of hotels and resorts serve drinks and snacks by the pool, on the deck and in outdoor bars. Glass and pools do not mix: one broken glass near the water can mean closing the area while it is cleaned up.

Polycarbonate drinkware looks and feels like glassware but is shatter-resistant, so it is the safer choice around pools, spas, rooftop bars and outdoor events. It is also light to carry and stacks for storage.

  • Wine, flutes and cocktail glasses for the pool bar
  • Beer glasses, tumblers and shot glasses
  • Jugs and carafes for water and drinks service
  • Snack bowls and serveware to match
Accommodation FAQs

Questions we get asked.

Straight answers for hotels, motels, serviced apartments and new developments.

Can you put together apartment packs for a new development?

Yes. Tell us how many units you are fitting out, the level of finish and your budget per pack, and we will put together a consistent list for every apartment, from crockery, glassware and cutlery to cookware, kettles and toasters.

What should go in a serviced apartment kitchenette?

Most kitchenettes need plates, bowls, mugs and glasses for the number of guests, a cutlery set, a cooks knife and chopping board, a frypan and saucepan, a colander and basic utensils, plus a kettle and toaster. We can help you scale the list to the size of the apartment.

What do hotels need for a breakfast buffet?

A typical breakfast buffet uses risers and display stands, cereal and juice dispensers, chafers or food warmers for hot items, and platters and bowls for fruit, pastries and condiments. You can see our buffet displays set up in our Hamilton showroom.

What cleaning supplies does a housekeeping team need?

Housekeeping teams usually need a housekeeping or janitor cart, buckets, mops, squeegees, wipes and cleaning chemicals, along with in-room supplies such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and laundry powder for longer stays.

Do you supply linen and towels for accommodation?

Yes. We supply bed linen, pillows, doonas, towels, bathrobes and tea towels, plus laundry baskets for housekeeping and guest laundries.

Do you deliver outside Queensland?

Yes. We are based at 714 Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton in Brisbane and we ship Australia wide. Talk to us about delivery for larger orders and apartment pack rollouts.
