Solution
In early 2021, the owners of the establishment sought the expertise of Hospitality Superstore to transform their vision into reality. The initial concept was clear, but turning it into a fully realized project presented an exciting challenge that we were eager to undertake. The concept revolved around an all-vegetarian Mediterranean eatery, designed as a unique “buffet” style setup where customers are charged by weight.
