About the Project
After a four-month renovation, Cooly Breeze Rooftop Restaurant & Bar reopened on 4 June 2026 with a refined new look. Sitting on Level 13 of the Beachcomber International Resort in Coolangatta, the venue has always been known for its sweeping beach and ocean views.
The refreshed space brings sculptural, wave-like ceilings, soft curves, warm timber and a muted coastal palette, matched by owner and Executive Chef Marcondes Almeida Neto’s Mediterranean menu and cocktail list.
