What began as a humble market stall in 2018, selling only Canelés, has grown into a cult-favourite patisserie loved by foodies across Brisbane.
Founded by pastry chef and owner Suzi Que, Bella & Tortie is renowned for its stunning and delicious creations – from single-serve cakes and tarts to canelés, cookies, and even a few savoury delights. Every item is crafted with passion, precision, and a commitment to quality.
