This carrier can hold up to 17 x 1/1 Gastronorm food pans (530 x 325mm). The slides are spaced 75mm apart, providing ample room for cooling your food items. This generous spacing also makes it easier to store items that are not completely flat, such as freshly baked goods or delicate dishes.
Made from heavy-duty plastic, this pan carrier is designed for durability and stability. The four cross supports ensure the rack maintains its shape and sturdiness, even when fully loaded. The plastic structure is resistant to heat, withstanding temperatures up to 176°C. This feature allows you to safely place oven-hot baking trays directly on the rack, helping to streamline your food storage process.
