We’ve successfully transitioned the production of our standard cup range to feature Aqueous lining instead of PLA. These cups are now officially certified as home compostable according to Australian AS5810 standards. As we phase out our existing inventory, it’s possible that you might still receive cups in a PLA bioplastic-lined carton. Rest assured, both the carton and the cups inside are clearly labeled with home compost certifications, allowing you to easily identify the stock you’ve received.

No cups in Australia are currently accepted in the paper recycling stream. Claims in Australia and New Zealand regarding recyclability can be verified by using the PREP tool.

These cups are certified industrially compostable to European Standards (EN13432) and to Australian Standards (AS4736).
