The Premium range features intelligent controls that allow you to quickly change settings between meat (-2°C to +2°C), fish (-1°C to +1°C) and general storage (+1°C to +4°C) at the touch of a button.
The generous 920 litre net capacity allows you to store a large amount of perfectly chilled produce. An anti-tilt, E-shaped shelf enables shelving units and gastronorm pans to be kept simultaneously – giving you the benefit of being able to store lots of different foods, and ingredients in the same fridge. The powerful forced air cooling system provides effective and reliable storage, even when the door is opened regularly as in most busy kitchens.
