Our 8-inch BBQ knife is the result of a collaboration with Bennie Kendrick, also known as “The King of Backyard BBQ.” Together, we have designed a knife that is perfect for effortless prep work on the cutting board, thanks to its deep rocker. The butcher’s style blade is ideal for cleaving and trimming meats, while the 80/20 blade grind is finished with a razor-sharp, hollow ground edge. We have paid uncompromising attention to detail and used only the finest materials, such as German X50 stainless steel, to create a rust-resistant and easy-to-maintain blade. The knife also features solid bolsters and full tang construction, which give it great balance and heft.

Bennie Kendrick is a resident of Santa Maria, a town on the Central California coast famous for its unique style of barbecue. He draws his inspiration from his childhood memories of barbecuing with his grandfather, and his love for cooking has turned into a full-time obsession with millions of fans worldwide.

Our knife boasts exceptional quality, premium materials, and outstanding value. The blade is forged with German X50 stainless steel and has a triple-rivet, full tang pakkawood handle. To care for the knife, we recommend hand-washing it with warm water and a mild detergent, then drying it immediately. Please do not place the knife in the dishwasher, and avoid using cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts. You can oil the wood handle as needed with food-safe mineral oil.
