The Unica START 4/r is a compact, plug-and-play wine dispenser designed for efficient backdesk use.
It supports up to four bottles, each with individual temperature control across five preset levels (6°C–18°C), ensuring optimal serving conditions.
With up to three programmable doses per bottle and the option for single or sequential pouring, service is fast and precise.
The raised keypad features LED indicators and a locking function for secure operation.
Bottles are quick to load using a gas spring system and stay fully visible behind a double-glazed, magnetically sealed door.
Built from stainless steel, glass, and scratch-resistant polyester, the unit combines durability with clean, modern design.
It runs quietly and efficiently, using a low-consumption compressor, and works with food-grade nitrogen (E941) or argon (E938), with space for internal cylinders or external connection.
Installation is straightforward with the included fixing kit, and optional accessories allow for further customisation.
