The RF-600 also features our Rapid Recovery Burner system. The system allows the fryer to respond quickly to load and recover to set point rapidly and efficiently to deliver perfect fried food day in and out.
The newly upgraded and improved Rapid Fryers are constructed using AISI 304 grade stainless steel, to ensure that they are virtually indestructible. Moreover, the 1.5mm-2mm thick stainless steel tanks guarantee it will withstand the pressures of a busy kitchen for years on end.
Each Rapid Fryer is powered by a highly effective, energy-efficient target burner to ensure even heat distribution throughout the oil; perfect for large quantity frying. Additionally, it not only assists in temperature recovery time but reduces gas consumption.
The Rapid Fryers also feature an over-temperature safety cut-out switch. This not only protects the fryer from overheating and breaking down, but it also protects the safety of your staff as well.
With 30 litre oil capacity pans and a 24-month warrant the Rapid Fryer can handle the busiest services over and over again.
