A superbly powerful and reliable addition to any commercial catering setup, the grill provides independently-controlled cooking plates, so you’ve got the flexibility to cook two different dishes at different temperatures simultaneously.
And as each plate has a flat base, cooking is fast and consistent – quickly browning chicken breast, fish, steaks or panini.
The top ribbed plate further speeds up cooking, adding attractive branding lines into meats and bread.
For further cooking consistency, the heavy duty top plates are counter balanced and mounted so that they easily maximise contact between the plate and the food.
This helps to speed up the cooking process, whilst the built-in drip tray also reduces the amount of fat on the plate – ideal for ensuring food is tasty and healthier than pan frying.
