The digital controls allow you to programme the mixer.
With up to five user-definable programmes, you can set the mixer to start slow and move into a different speed at a certain time according to your recipe.

Just select your programme and the mixer gives you a consistent, repeatable mix every time.
Each programme can have up to four stages for maximum mixing flexibility.
