Ice is food. Under the Food Standards Code, it needs the same care as anything else you serve, yet ice machines are one of the most overlooked pieces of equipment in a commercial kitchen or bar.
Join us for a free, hands-on demo in our production kitchen, presented on behalf of Scotsman (Moffat). You’ll learn why regular cleaning matters, how to do it properly, and what can go wrong when it’s missed.
