Fish Three Ways: Live Cooking Demo with Moffat
Join Moffat in our Hamilton showroom demo kitchen for a free live cooking demo: fish, cooked three ways.
Our chefs will cold smoke, grill and bake fish across three pieces of commercial kitchen equipment, showing what each one can do:
- Convotherm combi oven
- Waldorf electric char grill
- Merrychef high speed oven
This is a hands-on session. Watch each technique in action, taste the results, then step up and try the equipment yourself. Try before you buy.
The Moffat team will be on hand all morning to answer your questions and talk through models, trays, functions and warranty, so you can see which equipment best suits your kitchen.
Who should come
Pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes, takeaway and food outlets, healthcare and aged care kitchens, schools, and any kitchen that needs speed, consistency and efficiency.
