Step 2 – Blast Chill: See the Friginox Blast Chiller rapidly bring cooked food from +70°C to +3°C using its patented self-adaptive i-Chilling technology – no manual intervention, no surface freezing, full HACCP compliance.

Step 3 – Regenerate: Experience how the Convotherm maxx pro regenerates perfectly chilled dishes back to service temperature in minutes – with no quality loss. Ideal for plate banquets, buffet service, and rolling meal schedules.
