We were proud to partner with the Fanda Group on their latest venue, Marlowe, in South Brisbane — a stunning, heritage-listed space that blends timeless architecture with modern hospitality. From initial design to full fit-out, we supplied everything from commercial catering kitchen equipment to tabletop, kitchenware and serve-ware. Having worked on their previous venues — Southside, Norte, Sueno, Central, and Rick Shores — this project was especially exciting and challenging, with equipment needing to be disassembled and reassembled to navigate narrow staircases and doorways. Every detail, from the tile choices to vintage glassware, was carefully considered — and the result is a truly beautiful venue serving delicious, produce-driven Australian fare.
