Solution
Given the location of the cafe / restaurant it was essential to provide efficient equipement that could meet the busy demand of the hussel and bussel of the inner city. Their menue included fresh and delisous french style pastries and coffee therfore they required a UNOX Bakerlux to provide quality product and a stunning ANVIL food display to show off their delicious treats.
