About the Project
Inner City South State Secondary College is an up-and-coming educational institution situated in Brisbane’s inner city. The school comprises of one seven-story building and two five-story buildings, providing ample space for various educational activities. Notably, the college is equipped with modern facilities, including a senior hospitality kitchen, a vibrant café, and a stylish bar. Furthermore, there is a dedicated junior hospitality section and a spacious canteen that caters to the needs of all students.

Solution
This was a new school being built on the inner-city fringe of Brisbane. One 7 storey and two 5 story buildings. Senior hospitality kitchen, café and bar. Junior hospitality section and large canteen services all students. BROAD Constructions were very accommodating with the delivery process and we can’t wait to get back into the school and complete our hand over process and provide staff training and ongoing support.
