About the Project
Corinda State High School is one of Brisbane’s larger state secondary schools, and its canteen has to move — feeding hundreds of students through a short, sharp lunch window every day. Schools are a big part of what we do. From canteens and tuckshops to boarding kitchens and staff rooms, we’ve fitted out and supplied education venues right across South-East Queensland, all with the same brief: gear that’s tough, safe and fast enough to handle a rush of hungry students. Corinda’s new canteen is the latest in a long line of school projects we’ve delivered.

Solution
We fitted out the Corinda canteen to handle volume without the queues. That meant multiple Williams refrigeration units to keep stock cold and prepped, a custom Culinaire self-serve heated gantry so students can move through hot food quickly, and a two-door SKOPE ActiveCore upright display and storage fridge for grab-and-go drinks and snacks. Reliable, hardwearing equipment built for the pace of a school canteen — installed and ready to serve.
