Moretti Xperience — Pizza, Mastered
Monday 3 August · 10.30am–12.30pm · Hospitality Superstore Showroom & Demo Kitchen, 714 Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton · Registration essential

Spend a session with Andrea Brunelli, Moretti Forni’s Ambassador Chef for Australia, and see why Moretti Forni is the name serious pizza kitchens trust. Hosted with Euroquip, the Moretti Xperience puts two of the range’s best in front of you — the Neapolis 4 and the new Series X deck oven — fired up and working in our demo kitchen.

This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a working session on what these ovens do and how to make money from them.

Andrea will cover:

  • The art of pizza dough — mixing, proving and handling, and where most kitchens go wrong
  • What each oven is built for: Neapolis 4 vs the new Series X, and which suits your menu
  • The numbers — why pizza is one of the highest-margin items on any menu
  • Getting the most from the ovens day to day, plus warranty and what’s covered
  • A live cook, so you can see and taste the difference

Who it’s for: new venues, hotel and pub groups, designers and consultants, and any kitchen upgrading or adding pizza — anyone who wants to know what these ovens can really do before they buy.

Spots are limited and registration is essential. register below or contact us on 1300 721 694 or info@hospitalitysuperstore.com.au
