The fridge comes with two adjustable shelves and two floor protectors as standard, so you can configure the storage to suit your ingredients. If required, you can also fit additional shelves and runners to maximise the counter’s storage flexibility. Alternatively, swap out the shelves by sliding full size (1/1) gastronorm pans straight in. GN pans and additional shelves sold separately.
