These lids are made from bioplastic made from plants, not oil.
They are certified industrially compostable to Australian and European Standards (AS4736 & EN13432).
Note: Lids are cold use only. PLA softens in higher temperatures. Store below 35°C and out of direct sunlight. Refer to our PLA Care Guide here.
Bioplastic does not have suitable oxygen barrier properties to store food for more than a few days.
