The Merrychef low opening panini press with a flat bottom plate turns a conneX 12 or eikon e2s into a panini grill, made for flatter sandwiches and wraps.
Load the sandwich on the paddle and slide it in between the grill plates. Take the paddle out and the top plate drops onto the food to compress it, giving consistent grill marks every time.
The kit includes the paddle, top grill plate, flat bottom plate and 2 food liners. It opens to 70.5mm and closes to 13.5mm.
