The Frymaster Master Jet split pot gas fryer is a high-performance, commercial deep fryer designed for speed, reliability, and efficiency.
It features a 2 × 12.5-litre split frypot, allowing each side to operate independently at different temperatures, making it ideal for managing allergens, special dietary requirements, or reducing energy use during off-peak service.
Powered by Frymaster’s Master Jet burner system, the fryer delivers even heat distribution and fast temperature recovery, producing up to 36 kg of frozen chips per hour.
A centreline temperature probe maintains accurate control within ±1°C, minimising oil temperature fluctuations.
This natural gas model requires no electrical connection, using a millivolt controller with EZ battery spark ignition.
The open-pot design, deep cold zone, and sloped base simplify cleaning, extend oil life, and reduce operating costs.
Built with a fully stainless steel cabinet, the fryer is durable, low maintenance, and supplied with baskets, supports, hanger, legs, flue deflector, and covers, and is backed by a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
