Powered by a 1.68kW variable speed motor, it can easily blend large quantities of ingredients with in seconds – perfect for on-demand front-of-house blending in bars, kitchens and food courts.
The Apuro blender gives you all the precision you could need. With adjustable speed from 10,000 to 28,000rpm alongside a handy pulse function, you can quickly blitz or gently pulse for moments – great if you’re looking for exact consistencies and drink textures.
And thanks to the clear cap in the jug, you can even add ingredients mid-blend – much less mess than if you were to remove the whole lid.
The sound enclosure is a great way to reduce operational noise from the bar blender, making it a fantastic addition if you’re blending in open areas or in front of customers.
If preferred, the blender can still be used as normal without the enclosure too.
Please note the base of the unit is under a 2 year warranty, but the jug is under a 1 year warranty
