This Merrychef high opening panini press with a flat bottom plate takes thicker sandwiches, burgers and loaded toasties in a conneX 12 or eikon e2s.
The 79mm opening fits taller fillings. When the paddle comes out, the top grill lowers to press the food, marking the top while the flat base toasts the bottom evenly.
The kit includes the paddle, top grill plate, flat bottom plate and 2 food liners. It closes to 30mm.
