Suitable for 1/1 GN, 1/2 GN & 1/3 GN pans up to 150 mm deep. The temperature around the pans can be controlled controlled between 80°C & 90°C to maintain food temperatures without burning or drying out. Fitted with highly efficient fan forced heating & re-circulation providing energy efficiency, faster heat up times, quicker heat recovery & even distribution of heat without troublesome hot spots. This unit is fitted with handles & four swivel castors, two with brakes. _Gastronorm pans and lids not included.

The trolley is supplied with a top galley rail to three sides, underbench runners to suit five 1/1GN size poly containers (supplied) and three 500 x 500 dishwasher racks (not supplied).
Also included is a 1/12 GN size container inset into the base of the trolley for used dishcloths etc.
This attractive and easy to manoeuvre stainless steel trolley provides space for everything required for tea & coffee service.
