The Italian made Moretti T64E/1 Electric Benchtop Conveyor Oven is no ordinary conveyor oven. The Italians have designed this oven to be a true pizza baking oven with quality cooking results at its core.
The technology used in the new serieT is the most refined available on the market today. Starting with the cold external surfaces thanks to the exclusive patented Cool-Around®Technology, and going on to the Best-Flow®System, a special device which optimizes the hot air flows inside the oven. Another totally new feature is also Dual-Temp®Technology which adjusts 2 temperatures inside the same chamber, to find the best cooking calibration quickly.
