How do I request a Price Match?
Present proof of the competitors advertised price. This can be a webpage or a written quote on company letterhead, Items must be the exact same model, and series and specification.
Once your request has been verified and the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for sale using the same payment method, Hospitality Superstore will happily match the price.

Terms
The product must be in stock and not a special order in item from another website, store or retailer that is located within Australia.
The item needs to match in brand, specification, colour, make, model and size etc as the item available at Hospitality Superstore either in store or online.
Price Match promise excludes Clearance, pre-used, demonstration or display products and competitors offers which include cash back, bulk purchase, quantity limits, bonuses or packages.
The price will not be matched on a like for like basis for the product only and does not include extras such as delivery charges, quoted shipping charges or finance offerings.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or any customer rebate.
Hospitality Superstore reserves the right to refuse a Price Match Promise request, where the above requirements are not met
