Yes – Click & Collect is free for all orders.

Your order will be made available for collection within 2 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection. If your order is placed after 3pm, your Click & Collect will be available for collection the following day.

When collecting your order you must present a copy of the order confirmation and suitable photo identification, such as a passport or driving licence.

Yes, during checkout you will be asked to nominate the person collecting your order. You can collect your order yourself or nominate someone else to collect it on your behalf.

The person collecting your order will need to present a copy of the order confirmation as proof of purchase and present valid photo identification such as a passport or driving licence.

Your order will be available for collection from your chosen store for 14 days. After this time, we will cancel the order and refund back to the original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to show in your account. Our customer service team will confirm when a refund has been processed.

Click & Collect is available from our Distribution Centre located at Roller door 5 – 19 College street Hamilton 4007 QLD. Come to signed roller door and our friendly staff will know you are there to collect your order. Click and click collection hours are from 7.30am – 3pm. Please check our website for availability of individual items.

If you have chosen an item that says ‘Dispatched from supplier’, our customer service team will contact you with the approximate ETA of your items.

One of our staff can help you load the Click & Collect items to your car. Please bring the correct transportation to collect your goods. For larger items such as benchtop equipment, please speak to our team about dimensions and carton size.
