About the Project

Former Greca head chef Tommy Tze Lian has opened his first venue as an owner. In early February, Tze Lian launched ‘Emme’ in the James Street Market space previously occupied by Spoon Deli. Emme offers approachable breakfast dishes with a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern twist. For dinner, Emme presents a more upscale experience with a set menu featuring four to eight courses depending on daily ingredients, with à la carte options available.

We were approached early in the construction of Emme to leverage our expertise in outfitting their entire restaurant. This included supplying commercial equipment, bench top appliances, charcoal grills, tabletop items, crockery, cutlery, and more. Collaborating closely with head chef and owner Tommy Tze Lian, we provided the essential cooking equipment and tabletop pieces to bring his vision to life.
