An economical, yet effective, detergent designed for hand washing of pots, pans and dishes, and light duty cleaning of all washable surfaces. Unperfumed product ideal for use in food processing plants.
It is an economical product making it ideal in areas where staff may over use products, and suitable for use in all food preparation areas.

Café SA12 is suitable for use across all food preparation areas.
Directions
Manual Dishwashing: Use at a dilution rate of 1-5mL/L depending on application and degree of soiling.
General Cleaning: Use at a dilution rate of 2mL/L. If using through a dispensing bottle, do not dilute with water before adding to the bottle as this will dilute the preservative.
